Advanced Recreational Program

(Ages 3-7+ years-old)

*Little Stars: In this 55-minute class, advanced preschool class, young gymnasts practive basic gymnastics

skills, body positions, balance, strength, and coordination activites. Simial to the traditional preschool class,

Little Stars involves more repetition of fundamental skills and strength activities necessary as a foundation to

build on in the future! (Ages 3-5)

*Big Stars: This hour and a half long, intermediate level class is focused on repetition of skills and technique.

Gymnasts will work on round-offs, walkovers, handsprings, and much more. (Ages 4-7)

*Super Stars: This two hour class is for gymnasts ages 5-8 and focuses on perfecting skills and trying new

ones. Working towrds the first level of competitive gymnastics. (Ages 5-8)

*Pre-Team: This two hour class is for gymnasts ages 7 and up, working on skills that lead them to be a

competitive gymnast at NBGC. (Ages 7+)
