NBGC Ninja Program

(Ages 5-8+ years-old)

 

*Boys Ninja I: This class is 55 minutes long and is for kids that have lots of energy! The Ninja

Program includes training core strength, flexibility, upper body strength, and leg strength.

They can expect to run through obstacles, climb the rope, warped wall, and rock wall all while

having fun! This class makes sure to prepare your little ninja for anything that comes their

way in the future! (Ages 5-7)

 

*Boys Ninja II: This class is an hour and 25 minutes long and is for kids that have lots of energy!

The Ninja Program includes training core strength, flexibility, upper body strength, and leg

strength. They can expect to run through obstacles, climb the rope, warped wall, and rock wall

all while having fun and getting stronger! This class makes sure to prepare your little ninja

for anything that comes their way in the future! (Ages 8+)
